[2] Digital education programmes without internet connection have been launched at the T&T educational institution run by the BTCL, reports Jamuna TV. [3] With the introduction of the new method, the students do not require books, notebooks, or pens which are essential in the conventional education system. [4] Initially, the new method has been introduced at the eight T&T schools run by the BTCL from pre-school to fourth grade.
[5] Classes will be given through software and the students will be able to study with entertainment. [6] Post and Telecommunication Minister Mustafa Jabbar inaugurated the digital education programmes yesterday. [7] While inaugurating the programme virtually, the Minister said that he had been working for the three decades for digital education. [8] “We started with our dream with only 13 students in Gazipur in 1999. Prof Jamilur Reza Chowdhury inaugurated it. There are two major obstacles to digital education- device and content,” said the Minister.
