Judiciary proceedings are at halt at the International Crime Tribunal for months. Due to sudden death of their Chairman. Witnesses are panicking. But, Ministry of Law has assured to publish a gazette soon. A panel of 3 judges had been officially finalized. Including Judge Shahinur Islam as the Chairman. Then, Supreme Court’s High Court Division’s Judge Amir Hossen and recently retired District judge, Judge Abu Ahmed Jomadar, are other two members. Law Minister Advocate Anisul Haque, Senior Lawyer Procsecutor Mukhlesur Rahman Badal & many others are positive about that, the new tribunal will be effective soon.
