Unlike 2016-17 Fiscal Year, Fast Track or most prioritized mega projects will not have separate structure in the upcoming 2017-18 budget. Finance Minister Abul Mal Muhit doesn’t want to include anything different regarding these projects. These mega projects include, Padma Bridge, Padma Bridge Rail, Metrorail, Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant, Rampal Powerplant, LNG Terminal, Matarbari Powerplant, Shonadia Deep-Sea Terminal, Payra Deep-Sea Terminal and Dohajari-Ramu-Coxbazar-Ghumdhum -Myanmar dual-gauge rail line.
