Begum Khaleda Zia and her three vaccines in the dark

No doubt that the three times former prime minister of Bangladesh, Begum Khaleda Zia is severely sick due to her age, as it apparently revealed in a press conference held on last Monday at the Milton Hall at the BSMMU, where its director, Brigadier General A K Mahabubul Haque briefed with her treatment board chief, Prof. Dr. Zilan Mia and member, Prof. Dr. Shahanaz Akhter.
Although, the BSMMU director said, “Khaleda Zia was admitted to the hospital seven months ago with various physical problems like diabetes, high blood pressure, and rheumatoid arthritis. In some cases, the condition is stable.” “Several times when concerned doctors went to check up on her health, they were not allowed to enter the room by the BNP chairperson”. He also said, “The press conference has been organized to clear confusion, as there have been a number of complaints, and allegations about the BNP chairperson’s health condition, both from her party, and family members.”
Surely, the ‘confusion’ has been clear other way around. It has been clear that, Begum Zia’s “life and death are at the hands of the Creator”, and she is completely reluctant about her treatment; maybe she is hesitant or terrified from current government’s medical care, and or those intents are inflicted by her family, and therefore absolutely she has been suffering.
That press conference also specifically revealed that, her doctor’s visitation often get failed due to BSMMU office time frame, she refused the rheumatoid arthritis vaccine recommended by the modern treatment method, her condition cannot be reversed to 28 years back, she relied upon family for her prescribed influenza, pneumonia and an “unspecified” virus related vaccines, she cannot walk by herself and finally she did not like to go abroad for her treatment.
Therefore, the press conference should report, the BSMMU is willing to treat her at their best, but she is unenthusiastic. Furthermore, they should recommend her place of choice for the treatment she needs, as a Harvard research suggests that, “One potentially concerning finding was that hospitals that used substitute doctors less often had somewhat higher patient death rates.” Besides, the US National Library of Medicine and National Institute of Health suggest that, “For patients’ views about treatment options to be valued and necessary, there must be a partnership between doctor and patient, but establishing one requires both time and certain skills.”
The press conference at BSMMU claimed that, “they have world class treatment.” If that is the case, then why have the country’s president, prime minister and even top political leaders randomly go to Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States of America?
We should not forget that, Begum Khaleda Zia went through a series of traumatic waves in her life by losing closest ones successively, such as, husband, mother, brother and the youngest son, and eventually become alone. But, she has been elected to five separate parliamentary constituencies in the general elections of 1991, 1996 and 2001. The Forbes magazine ranked her at number 14 in 2004, number 29 in 2005, and number 33 in 2006 in its list of the 100 Most Powerful Women in the World. She is the first woman in country’s history and second in the Muslim majority countries (after Benazir Bhutto) to head a democratic government as prime minister, and introduced the parliamentary form of government as well as a “care taker government” in demand from the current prime minister. The Wikipedia highlights that, in her foreign policies, she extraordinarily improved better relations with Saudi Arabia, China and India. On 24 May 2011, the New Jersey State Senate honoured her as a “Fighter for Democracy”, which is first to any foreign leader and reflects the state’s increasing population of immigrants and descendants from South Asia.
