According to the worldwide corruption perception index released by the Berlin-based Transparency International, Bangladesh has ranked 14th in 2019 among the most corrupt countries whereas it stood in the 13th place in 2018, reports New Age.
With an unchanged score of 26 out of 100 in both 2018 and 2019, the rank of Bangladesh remains unchanged. According to the index, after Afghanistan, Bangladesh continued to be ranked as the second most corrupted countries among 8 South Asian nations.
