Gulf Today: Abu Dhabi developer Miral has announced the completion of the 32 feet diameter recreational wind tunnel in the capital.
The tunnel built by CLYMB facility worth $100 million was opened for media preview on Yas Island.The tunnel officially opened to the public on Nov.29.Currently the world’s largest wind tunnel sits at 17 feet in diameter in in Liege, Belgium. The location is part of Yas Mall and features event hosting, restaurants, shopping and much more.CLYMB Abu Dhabi said, “Housing the world’s biggest indoor skydiving flight chamber with a record breaking width of 32 feet and height of 104 feet, and the world’s tallest indoor climbing wall, measuring a mountainous 141 feet in height…”A website named Indoor Skydiving Source (ISS) which keeps track of all the news in the world of Skydiving said the entire first time flight experiences take roughly.
