Women need at least 20 minutes more sleep than a man, mainly due to the fact that women work more than men. The more a person works during the day the more sleep they require at night, so as to recover and repair itself. Most women tend to multitask, taking on work both at home and in the workplace, this requires them to be extensively flexible but also incredibly stressed- as a result they tend to use their brains more intensively than men- If enough rest is not gotten, a woman can begin to suffer from a psychological breakdown. Result: WOMEN NEED MORE SLEEP!
