Unpredictable Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat first against hosts Bangladesh in the 9th T20I of the Asia Cup at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on Wednesday.
Bangladesh made two changes in the squad that played against Sri Lanka in their last match for a 23-run win. Tamim Iqbal has been included in the squad to replace injured Mustafizur Rahman while Arafat Sunny came to replace Nurul Hasan.
Pakistan brought one change in their squad that played against United Arab Emirates in their last match for a 7-wicket win.
Pakistan took out Khurram Manzoor and called Anwar Ali for the match.
This is a must-win battle for Bangladesh to qualify for the final berth in the 13th edition of the meet.
After their 3rd match, Bangladesh collected four points with two wins and one loss to follow topper India who earned all-win six points also from three matches.
Pakistan played two matches and is in the 4th place collecting two points with one win and one loss.
