Set in post-apocalyptic New York, the third person game shows a lot of customized scenes and heavy graphics in its squad based combat. Here are 5 things you should know before diving into the game and mindsets of this game.
The Apocalypse Has Arrived: The Division unfolds in post apocalyptic New York after a pandemic has swept through the city. Causing mass chaos and the onslaught of the Division, a tactical high combat unit of sleeper agents trained to save society in times of emergency.
Mad Skills: We all know the weapons and gears that can be acquired or is pre installed in these sorts of games but in this game you can also load specialized skills for your chosen player to compliment his personal playing skill. You can activate skills like the Pulse or Load Plus and even the Shield for active combat missions.
The Dark Zone: Once you enter the multiplayer stages called the Dark Zone in The Division, you’ll be allowed to create larger group ops rather than the regular 4 people group outside the Dark Zone. The quality of the loot is determined by the color and stats ranging from green to gold.
El Lobo Solitario: The Dark Zone is also the place where you can have a one on one combat or go rogue from your missions. Take trips outside of your mission area, capture bounty and confuse others by popping up on their radar. Be warned though, if you die while going rogue you will lose any loot you’re carrying at the time, a reduction in your overall mission cash as well as experience points.
Cut Loose In Time: Any loot acquired in the Dark Zone is contaminated, so you will have to make black money white as soon as possible; do this by going to any of the many extraction points and wait for the helicopter to lift you up. You will be susceptible to attacks during this time.
