DOT Desk: Actress Sunerah binte Kamal Sunerah alleged that fellow actor, Sariful Razz’s Facebook account was hacked yesterday, reports Dhaka Tribune.
Afterwhich, recordings with actresses Tanzin Tisha, Nazifa Tushi, and Sunerah binte Kamal were posted. The videos contained “offensive” language resulting in social media scrutiny. Sunerah binte Kamal wrote a status at 3 AM to clarify the situation. Later, Razz and his wife, Pori Moni made separate statements on the issue.
The actress states, “I have known Razz for more than 10 years and he used to be my best friend. We all know how we talk to our best friends. The only problem here is that he is a guy and I am a girl.” Explaining that the videos were 5 years old during the shooting of the film “No Dorai” Kamal writes, “The videos that you see are from 5 years back when we were young and were just joking around and also tried to talk like how we did because we literally practised everyday and every way possible during no dorai. Because we (especially I) had to get used to those slangs we used in the film. The one photo I sent him that day was to let him know that after how I got beaten up in the shoot ( where Liyakot beats me up. Those who watched no dorai will know) I had bruises and could barely stand up), so I might not be able to go to the shoot. He’s not the only person I sent it to, I sent it to my director as well.” She ends her statement insinuating she is aware of the individual responsible for the incident. Sunerah binte Kamal notes, “Please don’t make a big deal out of it because surely his ID was hacked by we all know who.
