Stress is a Changeable Habit

Deadlines, last-minute, consequent plans, huge syllabus, her reply – the more you try to intensify these things the more stressful these words become. At the end, leaves you paralyzed from doing anything at all. Ends up becoming nothing but bunch of regrets. Rather learn to take these as relevant, facts and orders of nature. Yes, it is the limit-line, border and an unknown result. But you got to do something about it, before you hit it! The first task to handle these, is to control your stress. Researchers say, stressing may even become more like a habit or mental illness. The more you do it, the more you let it grow. So, just stop over-thinking stuffs. When your frontal brain just tangles up everything, just go with your gut and take an action! Stop the panic excuse, thinking what might happen, if you actually asked her out, or will you be able finish the pile of your due worksin the time. Comon! There are always two final answers, yes or no. Nothing in between. So, work your ass off and with all your heart, you will meet a point where you never imagined you could have reached. Or just end up failing to complete your paper-work, you will learn things along the way. At least you did something, rather worrying about all the irrelevant stuffs.
Stress is like a dark cloud forms over us when we allow it the most. More you think about it, larger it grows. Blow it! Dust off the doubts! Start doing stuffs and thinking more logically. Here are actually some great tips to relieve yourself from this self-killing habit –
Show more empathy toward others
Little bit of good gesture like holding the elevator for that stranger, can really lightenyour mind. As they say, by helping others, you only end up helping yourself.
Keep your blood pumping
We may take a little nap break within our busy schedule. But we often forget to take some time out to exercise.
Now you thinking, working and studying itself is lotta work. But trust me, going for a run, hitting the gym or just few mountain climbers in your bedroom can relief your stress. Even, next time at your work or school, take the stairs. You will be more attentive to your daily routine.
Smile
This may sound silly. But doctors say, people who laughs 10 minutes a day, lives longer life. Don’t even forget to grin at your misfortune. Work your way through it with a smirk to the Universe.
Be more social
Not just occasional meetings. Make weakened plans FOR your friends. Also, next time you talk to your crush, don’t hesitate to ask him or her out.
Show gratitude
Just one word, ‘Karma!’
Hit outdoors and cherish nature!
Not just shopping malls or stadium. Actually in touch with nature.
Eat healthy
Doesn’t mean you have to make meal plans. Just start to love veges and fruits, just half as much you love junk foods.
Love your bed
Give your bed 8 hours of your sleep each night and hug it tight!
Make wrong decisions
The reason to put it this way, last time you asked someone else to decide something fort you cause you thought your decision was wrong! Be your own voice to your heart and take decision on your own.
Learn at every steps
Make it like a game if you may. Each time you fall, rather regretting about, learn to pick up yourself. (Just gave a Batman reference!)
Thrive on your stress
You actually become more focused on the task while stressing, but also thinking over and out. Try to align the aim and make that stress your fuel to charge into the goal.
Take solitary breaks
Sometimes just stop at a point and just sit on it for a while, or take a solitary walk. You can also do your laundry, tidy the shelf or make bed.
Doing random long boring stuffs is not only a break and but also lets you think calmly about the day with yourself.
