A parliamentary standing committee on Women and Children Affairs Ministry on Tuesday suggested quick completion of the cases relation to women and children repression. The JS body in its 22nd meeting at Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban here suggested the Ministry of Law to take steps for quick completion of the women and children repression related cases at special tribunals. Committee President Begum Rokeya Momin, MP, presided over the meeting. Among others, Begum Meher Afroz, MP, Md Mozammel Hossain, MP, Mrs Mahbub Ara Gini, MP, Begum Monwara Begum, MP and Begum Fazilatunnesa, MP took part in the meeting. The body also suggested finalizing the curriculum on norms and religious values after consultation with Primary and Mass Education Ministry and after thorough scrutiny by Women and Children Affairs Ministry.
