[2] Bangladesh Art Week has taken a noble initiative to stand by the artists, singers and sportspersons with limited income amid the coronavirus situation, reports Sarabangla.
[3] The organization has decided to put up souvenirs of famous personalities for auction to bring a smile to the faces of them.
[4] Responding to the appeal for help, former cricketers of the country including Akram Khan, Habibul Bashar Sumon and Mohammad Ashraful have given nod to put up their souvenirs for auction. The money collected from selling the souvenirs will be spent totally for the people affected by the coronavirus situation.
It is not still known as to which souvenir is being given by former Bangladesh Captain Akram Khan. However, he has decided to give a bat signed by players of 2019 Cricket World Cup.
Another souvenir may be added afterwards.
Habibul Bashar Sumon is going to give a T-Shirt signed by all of his teammates.
Ashraful is going to donate a jersey which he wore while playing a match against South Africa during 2007 World Cup.
