Oikkoboddho Chatra Somaj called for a protest-assembly in front of the Press Club, on Sunday 4pm. In demand for the justification of the brutal attacks on the students of 7 colleges and charging them upon false accusation. They announced of going to the Law & Justice Division, if the Police administration doesn’t formaly apologizes to these students & cancel charge, or if government does nothing about it.

Oikkoboddho Chatra Somaj President Azam Rupu led the assembly. Including their Biplobi General Editor Muhammad Ullah Modhu, many of their united-society representatives were present at the rally.

Oikkoboddho Chatra Somaj President Azam Rupu reminded everyone about the 62’ education movement & 90’ general public uprise. That, they will coordinate such great movements if their demands are not met. Oikkoboddho Chatra Somaj called for another student-assembly on 26 July at the same spot. At the same time he asked to keep up protesting in those 7 colleges unitedly.
