Advocate Khurshid Alam Khan, counsel for Anti Corruption Commission (ACC), today informed the High Court that notices regarding surrender and appeal in a money laundering case, have been sent to Dhaka and London addresses of BNP leader Tarique Rahman. After getting informed, the High Court division bench comprising Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Amir Hossain set tomorrow to pass further order in this regard. “I have told the court that advertisements regarding his surrender and appeal have been published in two widely circulated dailies and summons have been sent to his Dhaka and London addresses,” advocate Khan told BSS.
