No place left where BNP didn’t disgrace nation: Tofail

Awami League leader and commerce minister Tofail Ahmed said there is no place left where BNP didn’t attempt to disgrace the nation. Coming down heavily on BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir for criticisms of the citizen rally organized to celebrate the UNESCO recognition of Bangabandhu’s March 7 speech, Tofael Ahmed also said, “They are those who once banned the speech.”The AL presidium member was talking with journalists after meeting the Brazilian ambassador to Bangladesh, João Tabajara de Oliveira Júnior in the Secretariat yesterday.The minister also said BNP secretary general said  UNESCO’s recognition was a matter of joy, however, he said it in way he was compelled to.
