It came to the Supreme Court’s attention that, several investigations are in the process against judicial employees accusing misconduct or corruption. Without proper counseling with the Supreme Court, these cannot be allowed to progress further. Mentioned by the High Court Division Registrar Abu Syed Diljar Hossain in his recently signed announcement report.

He also pointed out that, these investigative issues are unfortunate & unacceptable. Also, violation of the constitutional acts 109, 116 & few others.

Supreme Court sent similar letter to the Ministry of Law on 18 December 2013. Suggesting to, first face the Supreme Court’s counsel in such situations.
