 Bangladesh Bank has asked the banks to inform the clients about the mobile banking charges properly, reports Bangla Tribune.
 The central bank has also asked the banks to inform the clients in advance about any changes to the charges of the services.
 Bangladesh Bank has issued a letter to all the chief executives of MFS (Mobile Financial Services) yesterday.  The letter asked to inform the clients about the charges of the services properly.  The MFS enterprises were asked to comply with three directives properly.  Mobile banking is a service provided by a bank or other financial institution that allows its customers to conduct financial transactions remotely using a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet.
