Continuous pay hikes for government official is a policy this government is religiously following. Does the government realize this is a threat to the 95% of the population? The liability to fund these increments would be forced upon the entire working population. Unemployment is a serious issue with a large number of workers entering the job market and only a small number of the finding employment. The new budget is no where near social welfare. This budget is likely to make survival difficult for the middle class and lower middle class as the level of taxation would become a huge burden on them. Job availability hardly meets the demand for the unemployed citizens of our country. The amount of new investments is falling. High taxation is thwarting further investment growth and even hampering entrepreneurs profits massively. This would push businesses on the verge of shutting down. The new budget does not completely facilitate nation’s aspirations.
