DOT Desk: Dr Md Shahjahan, founder and secretary general of Bureau of Human Rights Bangladesh (BHRB) and South Asian Fraternity (SAF-BD), has been nominated as the chairman of “International Peace Conference and Interfaith Dialogue 2023” as well as the “Global Peace Ambassador”, reports The Daily Star.
The prominent human rights activist and media personality is also the chairman of Bangladesh Human Rights Federation (BHRF). This decision was unanimously adopted in the meeting of the leaders of the International Peace Conference and Interfaith Dialogue Committee and the Global Peace Mission Movement in an International Conference held recently in Kuala Lumpur, according to a press release issued in this regard.
