 The implementation of cabinet decisions has fallen by 12 percent, reports Kaler Kantho. The implementation rate in the last year was 58 percent. However, this year the rate is 46 percent. Cabinet Secretary Khandaker Anwarul Islam made the disclosure during a press briefing at the Secretariat after a cabinet meeting held yesterday.
 The Cabinet Secretary said that the current implementation rate of cabinet decision is 46 percent amid the Covid-19 pandemic.Last year, the rate was 58 percent. The incumbent government has taken 427 decisions from January last year to September this year. Of them, 354 decisions have been implemented. The rate of implementation is 82.90 percent. 73 decisions are now under-implementation.
 From January 7 in 2019 till December, a total of 25 cabinet meetings were held. From last January to September, 23 cabinet meetings were held. The cabinet meetings held in 2019 took 258 decisions and 238 decisions were implemented.
