Barrister Nazmul Huda, former BNP minister, has filed a case against former Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha.
Maruf Hossain Sarder, deputy commissioner (media) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP), told The Daily Star yesterday afternoon that Sinha was sued by former communication minister Huda with Shahbagh Police Station.
The police official, however, did not give further information about the case.
