Rubya Tripty: Prime Min- ister Sheikh Hasina at an inaugural session of three-day Envoy’s conference with the Bangladesh envoys who are currently working in 58 countries said that Bangladesh wants to solve the Rohingya crisis maintaining the good relation with Myanmar unharmed. She defined the unequivocal support of international communities that Bangladesh got on the Rohingya issue as an ‘Unprecedented success’ saying, ‘I think Bangladesh never earned such huge diplomatic success,’ reports UNB.
Hasina urged diplomats to call meeting and exchange views at their posting place with businessman, journalists and local people to properly portrait the Bangladesh. She advised extending all-out cooperation to the expatriate Bangladeshi so that they don’t get harassed.
Hasina asked them to work for exploring the market for Bangladesh, enhancing Bangladesh’s dignity with their hard-working, upholding Bangladesh’s interest on climate issues. She also urged to take measures against the anti-government campaign of the killer of Bangabandhu, war criminal and vested groups abroad.
This conference titled ‘Diplomacy for Peace and People’ hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been arranged for the first time since Bangladesh’s independence.
