[3] Unemployed poor workers and the underprivileged people- those who have not taken advantage of any other social security program of the government announced after coronavirus outbreak in our country- will be entitled to get benefit under special open market sale (OMS) program. [4] In this regard, Moshammat Nazmanara Khanam, secretary of the Ministry of Food said, “After the list of people gets approval, the OMS committee will produce the card", As per the Prime Minister's directive, those who are not receiving any other assistance, especially those who are not getting any benefit under government’s other assistance programmes after corona outbreak will get this card”, she added.
