It is fun being a big huggy bear who has big bones. But the fact is, it also makes you feel sleepy and lazy like a bear. It is hard to get up from an afternoon nap, or sometimes even from the chair. The more you pet this habit of being “Fat n’ Proud”, the more it grows to glue you onto your comfort zone to become a slob (Sloth too). It is natural and easier to feed the greed and comfy feelings, but hard to get that lazy bum out of our comfort zones. Being fat makes it even harder.
1. Rock Your Body
To burn fat, you don’t have to start hard workouts right way. Even everyday works can burn your fat. Do things with your own hand. Don’t order your sibling to pass the glass of water. Get your ass to the kitchen and get some water. Also take the stairs rather than elevator. Even for going downstairs count. Be active all the time.
2. Build Muscle Before Cardio
Many might suggest that going running than hitting the gym helps more with the fat burning. Actually, even for cardio workouts you are working your muscles for burning. Does a family Toyota car burn more fuel driving a mile or a Tata carrier truck? Exactly! Gain some muscle, and put up some meat blocks on your shoulder and legs (Never miss Leg Day!). Then take on cardio seriously. There is a bad effect though.
3. Be Patient
Never lose hope. It will take time. After first 6 months passes. Within the next few weeks, you wouldn’t even know how fast you got yourself into shape. And fit enough to wear those tight jeans with high heels. Or wearing that cool shirt without exposing your man curves (you know what I’m talking about dude).
