Fit Your Belly in Cool Pants (Part 1)
To tell the truth, I miss my big fat belly. It kind of balances my weight while walking straight, you know, heavier things are easier to balance. Also that comfy feeling rubbing the belly after a bon-appetite. But the problem was balancing everything else in life. I am going to straight forward here, using the word ‘Fat’ a lot. Not talking about teases from friends and family, those are just jokes. But travelling, and moving in that body of lard. Places fat people can get stuck in, are unbelievable stories. Not to mention, walking in crowds.
1. Late Night Dinner: Let me ask, why do we eat? To fuel up ourselves for activity. Unless, you are up all night, doing God knows what, or on just in night shift duty, avoid late-night dinner. All those carbs and calories that goes in your body, look for ways to get burned up. Rather, if you just go to sleep within the next 2 hours after dinner. No, the nutrients usually don’t get pooped out if not used. They stack up as fat. In your belly, under your chin and in other various unpleasant places. Rather eat a big breakfast when you wake up.
2. Sweet-toothNocturnals: Even I had the crave for sweet stuffs and deserts in the middle of the night. Brownie and ice cream always taste best before bedtime, in your bed. Sorry to say, sugar in those is the major source of carbohydrate. When our body doesn’t require much energy, insulin stops working and that seizes the consumption of carbs. Causing them to store as fat later on.
3. Lay of Soft Drinks or Juice: In primitive days, sugar rich foods were very hard to come by. That is why, it is natural that we crave sweets over chilies. Adding refreshing water/fluid to it, makes it even more desiring. But the thing is, two cups of tea and coffee already serves us our daily need for sugar, along with the average meals in the day.
4. Don’t Follow Strict Diet: Too much strictness and sudden change in diet actually can make you fatter. As your body start to think there is a famine in your country and your body needs store everything. Equals more fat and less burning of energy, making you feel tired and crazy hungry all the time. Diet is not eating certain foods, it means, ‘Eat everything, but in a balanced manner as planned”.
