First flight with 419 hajj pilgrims returns home

The Rising: The first return hajj flight has reached Dhaka with 419 Bangladeshi pilgrims from Saudi Arabia.
The flight (BG-4012) touched down Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 11:20pm on Monday. Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Biman Bangladesh Airlines AM Mosaddique Ahmed, Biman’s General Manager (public relations) Shakil Meraz among other top officials conveyed welcome to the pilgrims at the airport.
A total of 1,26,798 prospective hajj pilgrims are scheduled to perform hajj from Bangladesh.
According to Biman authorities, they have taken all necessary preparations for safe return flight of hajj pilgrims which will continue till September 27.
