Engineer M Inamul Haque, Former Director General, WARPO: Our capital is so congested of buildings that naturally the temperature is higher. This is resulting increased heavy rains and hail storm incidents. The increased heat results a sudden 4-5 km lift on the air.
Artificial forests of buildings has been created cutting down many trees and the nature is responding accordingly. The evaporated air helps form lightning and then rains down. Are there any benefits of asking not to cut down trees anymore? No. Thus, we are the ones to suffer.
The temperature of the country is quite normal. We feel the heat of sweltering temperature when the sun is right above our head. There might be clouds and rains, but that will not bring the temperature any lower than 28℃. There will be quite relaxing weather by the end of July.
