 Fatima Khanam, younger sister of released journalist Faridul Mostafa Khan, filed the case at Cox’s Bazar Sadar Model Police Station on September 24. 10/12 more unidentified people have been accused in the case, reports Jago News.  Cox’s Bazar Sadar Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge (Acting) Masum Khan recorded the case.  The case alleges kidnapping, robbery, forcible collection of stamps and assault on houses.  The accused are Abul Kalam Prakash Alam, son of late Tazar Mulluk, a notorious drug dealer of Hnila Phuler Dale in Teknaf etc.
, Mofiz Ahmad Iqbal Prakash Guti Mofiz, son of late Abul Kashem of Hnila Naya Bazar West Satgharia Para Dalilur Rahman, son of late Abul Bashar, Sarwar Kamal, son of late Syed Ahmed of Pankhali, Nurul Abshar, son of Sharafat Ahmed of Flower Dale and Rafiqul Islam, son of late Abul Bashar.
According to the plaintiff, the accused were former Teknaf police OC brokers, drug dealers and influential people who kept the plaintiff and his family under constant surveillance.
Cox’s Bazar police said they were trying to arrest the accused as the case was recorded despite delays in the incident.
