Since, authorities have taken keen interest in training & preparing each personnel for their services for the civilians before sending them off. Hence, these personnel gather more effective and practical knowledge of their duties, said Bangladesh Representative Masud Bin Momen.  At the open debate event on ‘Protection and Medical Service for the Civilians During Armed Conflicts’, at UN HQ on Friday. UN General Secretary António Guterres gave the opening speech. Then the debate began.
