Stay Fit With Reaz Fiem Are You Shredded Enough?
Reaz Fiem
When I completed my transformation I first uploaded my picture in a Facebook page. The page is named “Shredded Army”. The page contains fitness enthusiasts from around the country and now flaunts a hefty 3,600 members. Many admired my achievements and I felt overwhelmed and even more motivated!
Last week I met Prithvee Mawla, one of the creators of the page Shredded Army. On a cup of warm Americano we discussed how fitness has changed our lives. Prithvee who was once 120 kilograms is now a ripped dude. We discussed about various school of thoughts regarding bodybuilding and fitness. At one point of the discussion I asked him how far he wants to go with Shredded Army. Thus a casual interview took place.
Me: What motivated you to open a page like Shredded Army?
Prithvee: My motivation was indeed driven from the passion about fitness and spreading it amongst the social network in Bangladesh, which by then had become a very powerful tool for communicating with the youth. Honestly my brother and me were so much benefited from the fitness lifestyle it almost felt like a crime not to share with our youth
Me: How do you help the members in your page?
Prithvee: Our group helps people to achieve their desired physique by establishing an open discussion forum where we share workout tips, diet and nutrition, supplementation and gyms facilities in your convenient location.
Me: What is your future plans with Shredded Army?
Prithvee: We are currently on a development phase of launching our fitness Chanel in YouTube, which will be uploading mainly on various, exercise forms, meal preparation and supplement reviews. We already are selling supplements from our online store, which anyone can visit by the given link

Me: If you have to give one fitness mantra for the readers what would that be?
Prithvee: Fitness lifestyle is like a classical love story, it will not cheat on you and you can always expect a happy ending.
