Another Step toward Digital Bangladesh Tothya Apa Project for Rural Women

National Women Organization will be running project to set-up easy accessible data-centers about health, education, business, farming, law & technology based services, for the poor women in the rural areas. The project targeted 490 upazilla. If this 545 crores budget project goes through the Planning Commission’s approval in their next meeting. The project will be serving countless women nationwide teaching & training for the welfare of the women & societies, confirms Ministry of Women & Children General Economy Division’s Member Dr. Shamsul Haque said, the next big step toward Digital Bangladesh is Gender Vision. That is to bring equality among men & women. By empowering women and their mass participation in the current world through latest technology. The project will also work to encourage women to deal with daily problems by properly utilizing the generally available technologies. It even includes making of learning web portals and e-commerce for trading opportunities.
