An episode of chair!

Chair makes a person. This statement comes true if life is imposed on chair and when chair becomes a symbol of power and magic. By playing with chairs, we cheer and enjoy. So when chairs play the role to make us happy its importance can in no way be ignored. Chairs are symbol of honor & prestige. Honour, prestige and respects are the qualities & valuable assets of mankind. Human life becomes bright and shining only with these abstract ideas and thoughts. A man’s personality gets exposure with the things that they use.
Chairs are made ornamental and taken to a party where there takes place the royal programs of the aristocrats and the elites. When festivals are due, chairs are being imported even from outside world, where the sitting chairs are made with highest decoration. So chairs are not meant for mere sitting, its exhibition attributes beauty and sense of gravity & glory. There is a similarity of the proverb- ‘Chair makes a person’, with that of the ‘style is the man’.
If a chair has good out look, fascinating, if it attracts a person and if a person feels very proud of a prestigious chair, the story about the chair will matter for us and in other way it is not ornaments, cloths and show-ups but only the mental show-ups matter more. If the mind state is shining & if a person is glittered with joy by his fine tuning of lives then it is not the chair but personality will pull him towards identity of practical & real life.
The very saying, ‘Chair makes a man perfect’ is accepted to me to some extent. How far it is true- what percentage is there? It remains a big question. There are many people in this world who do advocacy in farour of this proverb. When a man rises up, his or her status, and position are being upgraded. When position is upgraded he/she is honored but when position is degraded honour is lost. The upgrading position is liable to match with the quality service delibery. If not, all are foiled. So up-gradation of position and inherent quality to mach the position of the chair is a must to consider. If there is a mismatch, person himself may be benefitted but not the office or people. But alas! the situation in the country is hazy.
When position, liability and accountability are supposed to be upgraded with position and office or people desire more effectiveness towards betterment. But the scenario in our neighboring developed nation depict, some other picture in tern of quality in civil service and corporate jobs. They are outstanding. Their system of recruitment and promotion are questioned less. In this world, people aspire for position. People takes challenges for success. This way is not so smooth. There are hurdles in every stepping of life. One who steps with sense and sensibility hurdles may or may not be removed. But initiative towards reaching the desired goal will matter for his next course of action. Behind every action, there must be a preparatory stage. One must be prepared for this stage. Then the planning stage will come. Execution, monitoring, evaluation and other things will follow this planning stage. Behind all the phases, there are rules and regulations. Again there are also logistic support which may help to perform satisfactorily. After satisfaction, a positive result waits for the performer. But today, what is the position of performance by performer? Performance does not cover the optimum demand level in our country. Ours team at this point become disappointed only due to the lackings of knowledge and perfection level of skill. So our competitors fail to win or reach the target to overcome. In our country we are very much casual. So our result is also casual and poor in nature. We can not expect of thinking very fast & fair finishing where our counterparts are so prompt in producing an & good delivery. What do they do? They mean it & do it deliberately with the aim to building the sustainability of their products and by-products. In our country, we have the poor system of competition. We have less scope to compete. Moreover, standard is not maintained here up to the level of competition. We are always in average or below average level by range of qualities. Rather we have been given the recognition of distinction or extra-ordinary limit of appreciation. We are being marked high with our lesser worth and qualities. So in the world’s race of competition perspective we are lagging and behind losing the attainable chance or achievement in global scenario.
