Scientists are developing an edible food packing made from milk proteins. It could replace single-use plastic in the future. It locks out oxygen and prevents spoilage, making it 500 times better than plastic. Their edible film keeps foods fresh while decreasing the amount of plastic waste. It can even eat after clean this. The most impressive thing is it’s not a threat for nature.
