DOT Desk: The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has issued notices seeking wealth statements of former Inspector General of Police Benazir Ahmed and ex-member of the National Board of Revenue Matiur Rahman, and their family members, reports Daily Sun.
It has also approved a charge-sheet against former Additional Inspector General of Police Shamsuddoha Khondoker and his wife Ferdousi Sultana Khondoker in a case filed money laundering, ACC Secretary Khorsheda Yasmeen said while talking to reporters at her office on Tuesday.
Khorsheda said the ACC has found information about the wealth beyond known sources of income of Benazir Ahmed, his wife Zeeshan Mirza, their eldest daughter Farheen Rishta Binte Benazir and second daughter Tahseen Raisa Binte Benazir.
