 After killing her husband, Aklima Begum buried his body in the kitchen. Wife Aklima Begum has been cooking on the corpse every day. After killing her husband, she went to the police station and made a general diary of the missing. Police arrested him around noon on Friday (July 15). Her husband’s body was later recovered from the place shown by her, reports SaraBangla.
The deceased was a resident of Ramzanbeg area of Ward 9 of the municipality. According to police sources, Arafat Mollah, 50, the organizing secretary of Bangabandhu Sainik League, a city branch of Munshiganj Sadar Police Station, went missing on May 2 two and a half months ago. Wife Aklima kept a general diary at the police station. Later in the investigation, the police suspected Aklima. On Friday (July 17) morning, a video of Arafat Mollah’s wife, Aklima Begum, went viral on social media.
The video shows Aklima Begum narrating the murder of her husband Arafat Mollah. Police arrested her at noon. In the afternoon, the body was recovered from the kitchen floor of his house and sent to the General Hospital for autopsy, reports Daily Bangladesh.
