The Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) has recovered at least 10 rocket launchers and other firearms from a remote forest in Chunarughat upazila of Habiganj.Acting on a tip off, a team of Rab-9 started an operation in the Satchhari National Park on Friday night with another team of the elite force from Dhaka joining them later on, reports The Daily Star.Mufti Mahmud Khan, director of Rab’s Legal and Media Wing, confirmed the matter, saying the drive ended yesterday afternoon.During the drive, Rab members discovered a bunker inside the park and recovered 10 rocket launchers and other firearms.Any terrorist group might have kept the arms, according to the Rab official.
