[2] Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal-Jasad president Hasanul Haque Inu MP said there would be no compromise on the issues of security of Hindus, security of minorities and maintaining secularism in the state. He said that they would not disrespect their religion by leaving the Qur’an in any Hindu shrine, reports Daily Kalerkantha.
[3] Inu MP said that he has strongly condemned and protested against the attack on Hindus in Comilla, Noakhali, Chandpur, Feni, Chittagong, Rangpur and other places of the country, including attack on temples, arson, looting, torture and murder.
[4] He made the remarks yesterday while addressing a rally organized by the Dhaka Metropolitan Jasad at the Jasad office in front of the GPO on Bangabandhu Avenue.”We will not tolerate if anyone tries to attack the spirit of non-communal Bangladesh, violating law and order, ” he added.
[5] Meanwhile, the Puja mandaps of Nanua Dighirpar area in Cumilla, which came under attack on October 13 as some one leaving the Qur’an. Police have detained 43 people for inciting attacks and vandalising several Hindu temples in Cumilla and other parts of Chattogram region.
