DOT Desk :  A Dhaka court on Sunday fixed October 10 for passing an order on whether to impose a travel ban against Bashundhara Group Managing Director Sayem Sobhan Anvir, accused in a case filed on charges of rape and murder of college student Mosarrat Jahan Munia, reports Dhaka Tribune .
 Metropolitan Magistrate Begum Yasmin Ara passed the order after a hearing. Golam Moktar Md Ashrafuddin of the Police Bureau of Investigation, also the investigation officer of the case, submitted the petition on September 13.
 On September 7, Metropolitan Magistrate Debabrata Biswas gave the PBI time till October 6 to file its investigation report after taking the First Information Report (FIR) into cognizance. Sub-Inspector Swapon Kumar, general recording officer of the Dhaka’s Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, confirmed the matter to Dhaka Tribune.
