 A mobile court halted a wedding ceremony at Srinagar upazila of Munshiganj as it was being held amid the ongoing countrywide lockdown, reports The Daily Star.
 The mobile court also directed to hold the marriage ceremony without any gathering and distributed food meant for 400 wedding guests among the destitute.  The incident happened at Nimaipara village under Patabhog union of Srinagar upazila in Munshiganj yesterday.
 Srinagar Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) and magistrate of the mobile court said that several hundred guests were invited to the wedding ceremony.
 “On information, the mobile court rushed to the spot and halted the ceremony. The mobile court allowed the wedding ceremony to be completed without any gathering. The food was distributed among the destitute,” said the UNO.
