 Inspector General of Police (IGP) said to think about the “Kishore gang” in a new way. Benazir Ahmed said that in the last 3 years, the teenage gang has created a huge challenge in the context of law enforcement, reports Ittefaq.  The IGP made the remarks at a social media campaign against juvenile delinquency and the inauguration of a RAB-built TVC on yesterday (September 23rd) at noon at the Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal Complex in the capital’s Moghbazar.
 The IGP further said, “Legal action has already been taken against the members of the juvenile gang, but due to the current law, it is not possible to take such action now. Upon getting arrestsd, they were sent to a juvenile detention center.
We have to work on the capacity of the juvenile correctional facility. Social control is important through community solidarity”, reports KalerKantho. ‘
 RAB Director General (DG) Chowdhury Abdullah Al Mamun presided over the function while National Human Rights Commission Chairman Nasima Begum and Senior Secretary of Public Security Department Mostafa Kamal Uddin were present as special guests. RAB Additional Director General (Operations) Colonel KM Azad gave a welcome address on the occasion.
