Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Haque said that radical Islamist platform Hefazat-e-Islam Bangladesh will have to face the legal action and the organization will not be spared, report Kaler Kantho, banglanews24.com. The Minister said this yesterday after paying homage to the portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Dhanmondi No. 32 on the occasion of historic Mujib Nagar Day. Asked if the government has any role behind the emergence of the communal forces, the Minister said that they do not sing the national anthem and fly the national flag. “They have torched the government offices, burnt all documents at AC Land office and demolished Ostad Alauddin Khan.
They do not believe in the spirit of the liberation war. The government is slow but steady. You have already seen the terrorists are being apprehended. They will never be spared,” the Minister said.
