 Although there is an influx of tourists in Bandarban every year during Eid and public holidays, the picture is different from the last two years.
 The district administration has imposed an indefinite ban on all tourist destinations in Bandarban from April 1st this year on the second wave of Corona. Meanwhile, tourist arrivals in the district have been declining since the administration imposed the ban, reports BanglaNews24.
 The tourist centers of the district like Meghla, Nilachal, Shailprapat, Chimbuk, Nilgiri and other tourist spots are visited by tourists every year at this time of the year. Monirul Islam, a resident of Bandarban district headquarters, told banglanews, ‘Every year on Eid-ul-Adha, we travel with our families to various tourist destinations including Nilachal and Meghla, Chimbuk and enjoy the natural environment.
