 Mysteriously, this village in Jhenaidah has been deserted for 80 years. No one enters the village boundary even during the day for fear of ghosts. The name of this village in Jhenaidah is Mangalpur. The village is located in Elangi union of Kotchandpur upazila of Jhenaidah, reports JagoNews24.
 This village also exists in official documents; Just no human noise. According to history, the people of this village took refuge in other areas due to the increasing epidemic of cholera.
Since then, the village of Mangalpur has been rumored to be inauspicious. Due to the epidemic, the survivors of the deserted village also left the village in fear. There are still ponds full of paddy and crop lands in the village. Only people are not seen there.
