 There are inconsistencies in the inquest and autopsy reports in connection with the killing of Major (rtd) Sinha Md Rashed Khan.
 However, the plaintiff’s counsel claimed that the autopsy report will remove the inconsistencies.
 Meanwhile, Sinha’s assistants Sipra and Sifat are hopeful about proper investigation.
 After walking out of jail on bail, they expressed their optimism to the media on Monday.
On July 31, Major (rtd) Sinha was killed in police firing at Baharchhara police check-post.
Later, the police arrested the deceased’s assistants Shahedul Islam Sifat and Sipra Debnath.
 On Sunday, Sipra Debnath obtained bail from Cox’s Bazar court while Sifat obtained bail on Monday.
 According to the autopsy report, the body bore injury marks in six places, four holes and in the throat.
The autopsy report has already been sent to the investigating authority.
