 Cox’s Bazar beach is now littered with straw, tree trunks, banana trees, liquor bottles and other leftovers. Cox’s Bazar beach is under threat due to these tons of floating wastes, reports Somoy TV News.  In addition, these situation not only diminishes the beauty of the beach but also the beach has become unsuitable for the movement of locals. The locals requested to remove these wastes quickly. Yesterday it has been noticed tons and tons of waste is floating from Cox’s Bazar beach’s Nazirartek to Himchhari.
 Beach cleaning staff’s supervisor Mohammad Saif Uddin said, “Wastes including straw, tree trunks, banana trees floating from Cox’s Bazar beach’s Nazirartek to Himchhari. But persistent flows of waste are not stopping. So far I have cleaned 3 trucks of waste.”
