 Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Md. Abdul Mannan said, “The medical expenses of Dhaka Medical College (DMCH) Hospital will be investigated to deal with the corona situation. Other hotel vouchers have not yet reached the ministry. If there is any irregularity, it will come out through the investigation,” reports Jago News.
 He made the remarks in response to a question from media persons after visiting DMCH for the first time yesterday at 3pm, reports Sara Bangla.
 This is his first visit to DMCH after being appointed as the Secretary of the Health Services Department.
Asked about the reason for the visit, he said, “The main purpose was to see the patients in the hospital in the current situation in corona pandemic, the doctors and nurses involved in the medical service, other officers and staff and members of the security forces.”
Talking to the doctors and nurses including the director of the hospital Brigadier General AKM Nasir Uddin, he inquired about the problems in the medical management and the way out.
