 After a long two months and 22 days, Bangladeshi passport holders who have been stuck in India have started entering the country through Bhomra land port immigration from Monday morning. At the same time the export activities of the port have started. Earlier, the import activities started from June 20. However, new passengers are not allowed to travel with a passport. Only passport holders who are stuck in India have been allowed to enter the country.  Bhomra Immigration Police OC Biswajit Sarkar confirmed the matter and said, Bangladeshi passport holders stuck in India have been accepted after providing them health certificates.
If anyone who have returned from India has any symptoms in their body, their quarantine will be confirmed by a doctor, he said.  Rezaul Karim, Assistant Commissioner, Bhomra Land Port Customs Station, said, the import activities of this port started from last June 20. After that the export activities of the port have started from Monday.
