 Amphan was the 64th cyclone in the coastal region of the Bay of Bengal. According to the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), another catastrophe is imminent named ‘Nisargo’.
 The name Nisarg is proposed by Bangladesh. Five more countries have been added to the list in 2017, along with India, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Pakistan, Maldives, Oman, Sri Lanka and Thailand. The five countries are Iran, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen. These 13 countries have proposed 189 names for the upcoming cyclone in April.
 The next cyclones after Amphan will be Nisargo (proposed by Bangladesh), Gati (proposed by India), Nivar (proposed by Iran), Burevi (proposed by Maldives), Touktai (proposed name by Myanmar), Yas (proposed by Oman).
Earlier, Bangladesh had named a storm ‘Fani’ that too struck with great force. The name Amphan was given by Thailand. Which means the sky.
