 IEDCR Director Dr Meerjady Sabrina Flora confirmed yesterday that two new identified cases are two men in their fifties, raising the total number of cases to 51, reports Dhaka Tribune. Six more persons have recovered from coronavirus infection including one 70-year-old and a nurse.  Those who died from coronavirus came to the IEDCR at the last stage, said Sabrina Flora, reports The Daily Star.  Meanwhile, four more Bangladeshi immigrants, including a journalist, have died of coronavirus in New York in the last 24 hours. A Bangladeshi identified as Mohammad Hasan, 38, died in Saudi Arabia. Another Bangladeshi died fin Italy.  A 35-year-old RMG worker died while suffering from cold and fever in Tangail.  A SSC examinee died with flu-like symptoms in Pirojpur.  Two suffering from cold, fever die in Keraniganj, Nawabganj.  A 16-year-old died of cardiac failure at Sylhet isolation centre.  Meanwhile, Major Muhammad Mustofa Kamal Kushal, in-charge of Ashkona Hajj Camp quarantine centre, said that the authorities did not conduct any test for the 31 persons now residing there as none of them exhibited symptoms of coronavirus.
